I wish for a sofa bed or convertible chair (futon, daybed, or fold-out sleeper chair) and a study desk and chair: a narrow wall-mounted fold-down desk or a compact ~80cm laptop desk plus a simple task/office chair, for furnishing a self-contained apartment with limited floor space.
